has his personal trained assistant who knows perfectly how to solve any occuring problems, how to pinpoint problem sources or just to explain functions. With a
running maintenance agreement you receive the best possible support via phone or e-mail.
Why maintenance is important
Computer networks are like organisms that are subject to frequent changes. New projects require instant technical adjustments. All thes changes have
one thing in common - no matter how, everything is supposed to be productive as soon as possible. Actually this is the only way it works.
It takes a lot of experience and imagination to consider all factors of heterogeneous networks. Permanent dialog with our customers, systematic pinpointing of
problems and instant solutions were the recipe to make the Lani as efficient as it is nowadays. Hundreds of the most different networks with various configurations,
all very complex and close to production challenged the customers and our trained assistants every day. We have been handling all those challenges with great effort
for eight years now, together with our customers.
To manage the future
Anyway there are always new alterations, for example new operating systems, new security or hardware techniques. All these changes require frequent adjustments to any
