After you have set all individual parameters, you can create the license balance. When it is ready you can save this report as a template by clicking on the report button in the top bar. If you do this, all your parameters, including options, search filters, column layout will be saved as a report template. This way you can execute exactly the same report later on by only a few clicks (see 6.8.2 Deposited Reports | „Menu: Report Management/Deposited Reports“).
