If you select an object that has been derived from a user defined inventory class (such as smartphones, racks, air condition etc.), the system uses other data dialogs that are limited to the smaller sets of information. Inventory objects also have a record with 20 info fields and additional data, but they cannot be scanned and they therefore don’t contain information about software or hardware.
