If you activate this option, all statistics concerning the versions of the queried products will be updated automatically. The process collects all versions of the currently processed software product on all computer records of the data base. These version specifications will be available in the drop-down list in the Product info tab dialog, see 6.5.4.1 Product Info Tab.
