2. Accessing the website and hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technical access data required to deliver the site and ensure its security and stability. According to IONOS, this may include the requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access, referrer and an anonymised IP address.

According to IONOS, these visitor data are retained for web hosting for up to eight weeks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically reliable operation of this website.

3. IONOS WebAnalytics

As part of IONOS web hosting, IONOS WebAnalytics may be used. According to IONOS, data are collected via log files or a pixel and without cookies. IP addresses are processed in anonymised form. The analysis is used for technical and statistical evaluation of website operation.

The website provided by VisLogic currently does not set cookies and does not use similar storage or tracking technologies such as Local Storage, Session Storage, IndexedDB or fingerprinting.

Accordingly, this website does not display a consent or cookie banner. If services requiring consent are added in future, they will only be activated after the relevant information has been provided and, where required, consent has been obtained.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The contact form transmits your email address, your message and, if you choose to provide it, your name. Providing a name is optional. If your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General business enquiries are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

To protect the contact form against automated submissions, we use our own server-side spam check. No external CAPTCHA service is loaded and no cookies are set. For short-term rate limiting, the IP address is processed only as a keyed hash together with timestamps. These technical protection data are used solely to prevent misuse and spam and are regularly purged once they are no longer required for the protection period. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to protect the contact form and our communication systems against misuse and spam.

We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to comply with statutory retention obligations.

This website contains links to independent services, in particular YouLoggit and Lan-Inspector. You leave www.vislogic.de only when you follow one of these links. Data processing on the destination website is governed by that website’s own privacy information.
