VisLogic Patch-Magic

Patch-Magic is a software that discovers an inventory of all patch states in your network. It also deploys all necessary Microsoft patches and updates in the Windows network.

Unfortunately, the product maintenance has ended in the year 2011. Read more about this here. In order to discover all installed patches and report report them, you can also use the Lan-Inspector. You only need to modify the filters correspondingly.
